From the inception of LYD, named lovingly after the owner’s late grandmother, we have made it our priority to ensure that each client has a high-end luxury experience that is both tailored to their desires and executed with precision. Since 2019, LYD Salon’s success is attributed to the ever-expanding skill-set developed by owner Alessandra in her quest to be at the forefront of the most current methods and products. Now with two locations, one in Arlington Heights and the other in Kildeer, LYD boasts a growing set of stylists, all of which work through the same vein of passion that extends through Alessandra. This passion is fuelled by a mission to make each client who sits in her chair feel like a VIP. There is nothing more satisfying than being able to generate a boosted sense of confidence in someone through the art of hair-styling. Cancellation Policy
Due to the fact that most appointments are in such high demand and reserve a large portion of our schedule, we will require a card on file upon booking. Every service at LYD is tailored to each guest’s unique needs. There is a 24-hour window to cancel or reschedule your appointment without getting charged any cancellation fee. In the event that you are within that 24-hour window of your appointment, LYD will charge a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked. NO SHOW, OR CANCELLATION TEXT/CALL WITHIN THE HOUR OF THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN 100% OF THE TOTAL SERVICE BOOKED. Your card on file will be automatically charged.
